As we mark The Real Living Wage Week, we reaffirm our belief that fair pay is not just good business — it’s a moral imperative. By choosing to pay The Real Living Wage instead of the Minimum Wage, we estimate that our employees under the age of 21 take home, on average, an additional £242 per month, amounting to £2,904 annually. This extra income can make a meaningful difference in their lives, helping cover essentials and reduce financial stress.
