Primary Schools from across Fife will come together at the Racewall in Cowdenbeath next month to take part in the second Fife Education/Economic Development/ DYW Greenpower  Goblin race event

Organised by BRAG’s Youth & Community Development Team all of the teams have been working hard to get on the track and show what they had achieved through the building and designing the bodywork of their Goblin kit cars. The kits  are supplied by the Greenpower Trust and the teams ahve been working with teachers and parents all term to prepare for their big day

BRAG’s Brian Robertson-Fern, said: “We are overwhelmed by the determination of the youngsters to all get ready and we are expecting over 30 schools teams on the day so its going to be fabulous. The pupils will learn about the process of designing and building the cars and will gain skills and knowledge in engineering, mechanics, PR, Sponsorship, teambuilding and communication, to name a few to help them prepare for a future career’
