Fife-ETC brings together a range of third sector partners to provide employment support services across Fife. The consortium is lead by Brag Enterprises with all the partners delivering differing interventions at various sites across Fife
The Consortium also operates a Inclusion Officer approach to client support with access to a range of specialisms including housing advice, mental health and emotional resilience, drugs and alcohol support and volunteering. The core employability provision is provided by a team of specialists with input from BRAG and Kingdom Works.
The Consortium is unique in providing a Fife-wide ‘wrap-around’ approach to supporting people to return to work, where multiple services may be accessed at one time. Partners operate a ‘no wrong door policy’ meaning that whatever service a client presents at they will be supported to the right place for their needs.
Fife-ETC aims to ‘work with’ rather than ‘do to’ their clients and are actively exploring ways of embedding this in service delivery.
