This includes the ability to transfer up or down within our space without any penalty (conditions apply) Our space is much sought after within the local area and some of our tenants have been with us for up to 30 years
The service charge covers common area charges like common area cleaning along with your electricity and heating costs

Methil Community Enterprise Centre
The site covers 1.7 acres and is approximately 9000 sq ft comprising of mixed office space. The space is available as 20 single units so is best suited to start ups or small businesses. All of the space is serviced which included heating and lighting. We have an abundance of parking, and the site is alarmed and covered by good quality CCTV. This modern building was recently refurbished, and tenants have shared access to toilets and a kitchen that are kept clean. The building is fully accessible with automatic contactless doors and fob entry security allowing 24/7 access
