The Scottish Government’s "No One Left Behind" initiative is designed to address employment challenges throughout the nation, focusing particularly on individuals who face complex and multiple barriers to entering the workforce.
Targeting the 25+ age group, the "Spring Forward" program collaborates with five partner organisations: BRAG Enterprises, Kingdom Works, Frontline Fife, FVA, and CARF. This program offers a comprehensive, one-to-one bespoke service for adults across Fife who encounter significant obstacles to employment.
BRAG Enterprises and its partners work in unison to deliver a person-centred support package tailored to each individual's needs. This package encompasses a range of services, including but not limited to, assistance with confidence building and self-esteem, support for mental health issues, action planning, and access to training and work experience opportunities.
Key workers from all partnering organisations collaborate closely to ensure that each person receives the appropriate support. Through this coordinated effort, the "Spring Forward" program aims to provide holistic and effective assistance to adults striving to overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment.
