Bright Futures is part of No One Left Behind (NOLB) - the Scottish Government’s approach to tackling employment issues across the nation. It aims to ensure those who experience complex and multiple barriers to moving into work are not “left behind”.
We will look at alternative ways to engage 19 to 24 year olds, living in Fife and who are currently unemployed.
We have 4 partners involved:
Delivery Partners are BRAG Enterprises, Kingdom Works and Clued Up
Activity partners are Greener Kirkcaldy and CARF
BRAG Enterpises will provide end to end keyworker support across the 5 stage employability pathway.
Kingdom Works provide end to end industry specific pre recruitment training courses.
Clued Up will support the young person affected by substance misuse offering an informal, flexible and holistic approach.
Key workers across all partners will work closely with each other to ensure the young person is receiving the appropriate support.
If you are aged 19-24, living in Fife and currently unemployed email: [email protected] to speak to the keyworker for your area.
