Following the success of last year’s Mindful Art sessions, the Together Levenmouth Hub is delighted to announce the return of the popular creative programme this February. Led once again by Gill, the sessions will relaunch with an exciting new format designed to inspire creativity and wellbeing within the local community.
Starting on 3 February, Mindful Art will run as an eight-week block of weekly classes, offering participants the opportunity to explore a range of artistic techniques. Each week will introduce a different approach, allowing attendees to build skills, experiment with new styles, and enjoy the mindful benefits of creative expression in a relaxed and supportive environment.
In a special addition to this year’s programme, the course will conclude with a public art exhibition, where the artwork created throughout the sessions will be proudly displayed. This exhibition will celebrate participants’ achievements and showcase the creativity fostered through the Mindful Art programme.
No prior art experience is required. The sessions are fully inclusive and suitable for beginners, with guidance provided throughout to ensure everyone feels confident and supported.
Those interested in taking part are encouraged to book early, as demand is expected to be high following last year’s popularity. Further information and booking details are available via this link Fluid Art for Beginners - 8 week course - Booking by Bookwhen
Everyone at BRAG is excited to welcome participants back to Mindful Art and looks forward to seeing the inspiring creations that will emerge from this year’s programme.
