World Mental Health Day is observed annually on 10th October to raise awareness about mental health.
Mental Health is very important and it should all focus on looking after it and helping others when you can.
Brag’s Health and Wellbeing working group assisted staff with a positive activity to raise their colleagues. Staff wrote a positive comment about each of their colleagues. These were then collated and a laminated graphic was produced for each individual person to keep on their desk or noticeboards.
A great reminder of just how much each of us matters.
A simple activity, which encouraged conversation and brought much joy around our offices.
