BACKGROUND
Brag Enterprises is a Fife based charity supporting people, who in the main, are residing in disadvantaged areas of Fife to gain the training and employability skills to enable them to move into sustainable employment. We also work closely with communities to improve their economic resilience.
ROLE
BRAG is executing a strategic acquisition and merger of two existing companies to create a new self-sustaining social enterprise (CIC).
The post based at our site in Crosshill, will cover matters post-transition; the focus will shift to driving the agreed 3-Year Strategic Sales & Marketing Plan (2026–2029).
We are looking for someone who can manage a supported manufacturing workforce, oversee high-quality commercial embroidery and fulfilment operations, and actively build a B2B corporate client base focused on Social Value.
The post holder will report to Senior Operations Manager - Communities. We have premises across Fife, and you will be expected to engage with our teams at all sites on occasion as well as external stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU
This wil be a ground up operation so will be very much early stage growth. You will be a hands-on leader with previous management or supervisory experience who can support and manage a small team through this fledgling stage and help them grow to full capacity.

We have worked for over 37 years with communities to improve their economic resilience. We own business centres in Crosshill and Methil that act as Community Enterprise Centres where we rent out affordable business space.
BRAG also have the Together Levenmouth Hub which is the first of our High Street regeneration projects where we have brought growth to Leven and its High Street with plans to grow the Together brand across Fife with a new site in Cowdenbeath opening very soon. The acquisition of Re-employ and one other entity means we will have plenty of opportunities for the right candidate.
